General Certified Appraiser

Terri's appraisal career commenced in her native born state of California. She is a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser with over 30 years of experience in nationwide valuation of residential and commercial property types.

Terri's work experience includes disaster emergency project management, collateral risk management and training for national lending institutions and instruction of college level Real Estate Appraisal courses. She is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and completed study abroad courses in International Business at the London School of Economics.

Certified Appraiser

Nikki is a State Certified Residential Appraiser with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her background in loan processing along with her underwriting experience has given her a broad and better understanding of the entire mortgage process which further strengthens her appraisal skills.

Trainee Appraiser

Alvin is a Dallas native with over eight years in the Real Estate Industry. Since 2012, he has made significant contributions as a leader in the field, both as a real estate sales team leader and a residential real estate investor.

When not immersed in the world of real estate, Alvin enjoys spending time with family, playing golf & watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Trainee Appraiser

Carol is working towards her appraisal certification and is currently undergoing rigorous training and development. She has proven to be a quick study and is passionate about understanding the details and nuances of property valuation including the use of technology in order to effectively contribute to the ever-changing world of real estate.

Appraisal Scheduler and Chaos Coordinator

Daniel is in charge of Client Correspondence and Scheduling and currently taking classes for his own appraisal license. He enjoys responding to client requests and updating appraisal progress at record speed.
